Pastor Mike Dixon's ministry experience began over fifteen years ago, as worship leader in his church's youth praise band, then later in the Sunday morning services.  He and his wife, Rhonda, moved to northwest Arkansas in 1999 to join Mike's mom and dad in ministry at Abundant Grace Church in Rogers.  About a year later he was called to serve as the church's Worship Pastor, then as Sr. Associate Pastor.  He is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Rhonda grew up in California, and attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Christian Education.  While attending ORU she was a four-year starter on the school's NCAA Division I Volleyball Team, setting several school records.  Since moving to northwest Arkansas Rhonda has served as Abundant Grace Church's Christian Education Director, overseeing both the children's and adult CE program.

When Abundant Grace Church was planted at the end of 2006 to give birth to Destiny Church, Pastor Mike was given a lead role in the church, serving as President of the Board of Trustees.

Mike and Rhonda have two beautiful children, Emily (6) and Megan (5)
